The Carolina Slate is published about twice a year. It keeps alumni up to date about what is going on in the School of Education and in the field of education in general. The newsletter informs alumni of upcoming events, such as award banquets, lectures and symposia. One of the most popular features of the newsletter is the "Class Notes" section, in which alumni tell us what's going on in their lives. The newsletter is sent to all of our 17,500 alumni for whom we have current addresses, contact laurie_norman@unc.edu and keep us posted!
